Request for Information or an Evaluation

 

If you would like to request more information on our soccer club or an evaluation, please submit the form below. Tell us about the player wanting information or evaluation, including biological sex, birth date, current club, playing history, etc. ALL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL. 

 

Note: If you are an existing BCSPL player and you choose to attend an evaluation session at TSS, our club is obliged to inform your existing BCSPL club as per BC Soccer rules. This rule applies to all BCSPL clubs and only takes effect if you choose to attend a session. It does not apply when simply communicating with our club and requesting information. ​
